How do I start using Citibox?

Once the mailboxes are installed in your building, follow these steps:

1. Download the Citibox app.
2. Register on the app. It will only take 3 minutes.
3. When shopping online, enter your usual address and add (Delivery to Citibox mailboxes).
4. And... That's it! You can buy online as usual but without waiting for the courier.

How do I know when my package has arrived at the Citibox mailboxes?

We will notify you through the app indicating the mailbox number where your package is located.

Once you are in front of the mailbox, enter the first character of the code along with the QR code. We will then provide you with a unique 4-digit code. Collect your order and close the mailbox. It's that easy!

The use and maintenance of Citibox mailboxes are completely free. There is no cost for the community or neighbors.
